  • Store Smart: Keep in a paper bag at -2°C to +3°C. This maintains freshness and prevents mould caused by moisture and temperature fluctuation.
  • Serve Right: Always allow the product to reach ambient temperature before serving to unlock its full flavour profile.
  • Avoid Plastic: Never store Wagyu products in plastic bags or sealed containers. Let them breathe.
